Bedroom
The main bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table and lamp. There is a wardrobe with drawers and a rail to hang your clothes. Within the wardrobe there is a safe to keep any belonging locked away. The bedroom is fitted with a Smart TV so you are able to watch Netflix/Prime from the comfort of the bed.
Large glass sliding doors allow you to look out on the day and watch as the passing boats sail down the river. Alternatively, step out on to the end terrace and take a seat at the table and chairs to enjoy your morning cuppa.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is fully equipped for all your self catering needs. Equipment includes an electric hob & oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and a luxury coffee machine.
We provide all the necessary items for you to prepare your meals throughout your stay, just add the ingredients.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a full sized shower with a powerful shower head. A basin with storage underneath to store your toiletries. The toilet is eco friendly and uses the Klargester system tank to process waste.
Large and small towels will be provided for each guest staying.
Lounge Area
As you enter from the front terrace you have the lounge area. Here you will find a pull out sofa bed which is best situated for two small children or one adult. Extra pillows and duvet will be provided for your stay. A dining table and benches, with room for 4 people to sit and enjoy a meal together. Also if you pull up the blinds you can enjoy the views of the castle.
The lounge area is fitted with a Smart TV, loaded with Netflix/Prime, which is perfectly positioned so you can sit and watch from the comfort of the sofa.
WIFI
Things to do in the area...
Lady Florence is located in Maidstone, Kent. It is surrounded by local tourist attractions, parks, restaurants and bars. The local town is only a 30 minute walk and follows a scenic route along the towpath. The nearest pub is a Beefeater called Malta Inn. It is 5 minute walk away and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a lovely outside seating area that overlooks Allington Lock. You won't need to travel far too find things to do and with so many options within walking distance you will be spoilt for choice.

Access
Lady Florence is moored with a secure gangplank from the towpath to end entrance terrace. There is no disabled access and children will need to be supervised at all times whilst on Lady Florence.
Parking
Parking is not included with the cost of your stay. You will need to pay for parking when you arrive. Parking is in a secure car park and is around a 5 minute walk along to towpath to Lady Florence.
Pets
We do allow dogs at a charge of £10 per dog . This covers the extra cleaning fees.
Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside Lady Florence or the end terraces.
Fishing
You are allowed to fish from the end terraces.
